Le chercheur produit le projet de recherche de fa\u00e7on ind\u00e9pendante et Apellis ne sollicite pas le chercheur ni n\u2019en discute avec lui avant la soumission.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>recherche clinique<\/strong>\u00a0est un essai dans le cadre duquel un ou plusieurs sujets humains sont affect\u00e9s \u00e0 une ou plusieurs interventions pour \u00e9valuer les effets de ces interventions sur les r\u00e9sultats li\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9, biom\u00e9dicaux ou comportementaux. Cette cat\u00e9gorie de recherche comprend la recherche translationnelle, qui implique des sujets humains et vise \u00e0 caract\u00e9riser les processus pathologiques, \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouvelles hypoth\u00e8ses biologiques ou \u00e0 identifier des biomarqueurs de r\u00e9ponse\/r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 un m\u00e9dicament.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>recherche non clinique<\/strong>\u00a0fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 des \u00e9chantillons biologiques <em>in\u00a0vitro<\/em>, <em>ex\u00a0vivo<\/em>, animaux ou humains ou \u00e0 des \u00e9tudes <em>in\u00a0vivo<\/em> sur des mod\u00e8les animaux, conform\u00e9ment aux lignes directrices r\u00e9glementaires applicables. Cette cat\u00e9gorie de recherche comprend la recherche diagnostique, qui se rapporte au diagnostic de la maladie ou d\u2019autres conditions, y compris une d\u00e9termination de l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Apellis pourrait envisager de fournir le soutien suivant pour les essai amorc\u00e9 par un chercheur:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e9dicament\u00a0: Produit commercial ou substance pharmaceutique pure.<\/li>\n<li>Financement de l\u2019essai\u00a0: Co\u00fbts directs, c.-\u00e0-d. intervention et personnel, ainsi que co\u00fbts indirects (p.\u00a0ex. frais g\u00e9n\u00e9raux), publications, examen par le comit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9thique \u00e0 la recherche (CER), frais de l\u2019organisme de recherche sous contrat\/du fournisseur, etc. Apellis peut financer les services raisonnables et habituels fournis pour atteindre les objectifs de recherche et tous les co\u00fbts sont assujettis \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation de la juste valeur marchande. Le soutien \u00e0 la recherche m\u00e9dicale est accord\u00e9 strictement en fonction des crit\u00e8res de m\u00e9rite de la recherche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le soutien \u00e0 la recherche m\u00e9dicale n\u2019implique en aucune fa\u00e7on une obligation envers la recommandation de prescription de produits\u00a0Apellis ou n\u2019est li\u00e9 \u00e0 celle-ci.<\/p>\n<p>Apellis s\u2019engage \u00e0 faire preuve de transparence dans ses interactions avec les professionnels de la sant\u00e9 et les organismes\/\u00e9tablissements de soins de sant\u00e9.
